By using this website or purchasing any alcohol-related product, you affirm that you are 21 years of age or older, as required by Connecticut State Law. We reserve the right to request valid identification at the time of pickup or delivery. We do not serve or sell alcohol to minors.
 

2. Alcohol Sales Compliance
All alcohol sales comply with the laws and regulations of the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP), Liquor Control Division. We hold all necessary permits to serve and sell alcoholic beverages on-site.

Alcoholic beverages cannot be returned once purchased.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or fails to provide valid ID.

Off-premise alcohol sales (e.g., bottles to-go) are subject to all applicable state and local laws.
 

3. Online Orders & Pickup
Orders placed online (including for food, gift cards, or to-go wine/BBB boards) must be picked up by someone 21+ with valid government-issued ID if alcohol is included. Refunds are not issued for failure to provide ID or pick up within the designated time window.
 

4. Payment & Refunds
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable Connecticut sales tax (7.35%) on prepared meals and alcohol.

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, missed pickups, or late cancellations (within 24 hours of pickup time).
 

5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash unless required by law. They do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase.
 

6. Reservation & Event Policies
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations for private events, wine tastings, or special dinners with notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Deposits may be required and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
